EurOPDX consortium, founded in 2013, currently brings together 14 research centres and universities dealing with cancer research. The main objective of the consortium is to build a large collection of mouse PDX (patient derived xenograft) models that would cover the widest possible range of different types of cancer, and to improve standards in preclinical research.
Main objective of this open call is to facilitate access for the wider biomedical research community to the unique infrastructure. Czech Centre for Phenogenomics will provide cryo-preservation of 15 mouse lines (sperms) preferentially on C57Bl/6 backgrounds free of charge. Additionally, we offer to archive and deposit the mouse line into the EMMA repository. Mouse strains
